Ferrari®
has developed the Texyloop®
technology specifically for
the recycling of composite
PVC membranes and textiles.
It's based on the VinyloopTM
patented process formated
in partnership with the Solvay
Group.
Ferrari's commitment through
Texyloop®
is to offer you a processing
solution for fabric offcuts
and tarpaulins at the end
of life.
FIVE
GOOD REASONS TO RECYCLE!
SOLVE
YOUR WASTE PROBLEMS
Burying
coated fabrics in landfills
is not a long-term solution.
Incineration has but little
interest.
Even worse, illegal dumping
and outdoor burning of old
tarpaulins is harmful to the
environment.
STRIVE
TO SAVE OUR RESOURCES
Each
ton of new raw material recycled with
Texyloop®
results in that many more savings of
resources and non-renewable energies.
ADD
MORE VALUE TO THE ADVANTAGES OF COATED
FABRICS
Lightweight
: fabric structures use samll
quantities of resources because the
fabric is light, and so are the structures
-
the impact of their
implementation is reduced. Projects
are implemented on the twin principle
of the right quantity at the right time.
Long-lasting
: easy to maintain, textile
structures can be reused many times.
As they are adjustable and transformable,
they can be used again in different
applications.
Recyclables
: with the Texyloop®
process at last makes it possible to
reconstitute basic resource elements
at their life's end.
YOU'RE
IN CHARGE - STAY AHEAD OF THE FIELD!
Anticipating
legal requirements will help your business
in the long term while incorporating
environmental issues.
YOU'RE
PRAGMATIC... GET INVOLVED!
As
of now you can use Texyloop®
technology and take a healthy step toward
making a concrete contribution.
The Texyloop®
project started in 1997 with the
Solvay Group. Many years of research
and development led to the start
of industrial recycling in 2005
in Ferrare in Italy, and the setting
up the same year of the collection
network.
The
Texyloop®
process consists of five steps in
a "closed circuit":
crushing,
selective
dissolving,
fiber
separation,
PVC
precipitation,
solvent
regeneration.
The
Texyloop®
technology is based on the VinyloopTM
process.
HOW
CAN YOU BENEFIT FROM TEXYLOOP@?
Let's
say you've decided to give a new lease
of life to your old tarpaulins or fabric
offcuts; it's simple, just go to
